Greenpedia is a Sustainability Knowledge Platform, which integrates existing and non-existing information on sustainability issues in a friendly, easy and novel approach. The purpose of “Greenpedia” is to integrate existing and non-existing information on sustainability, in a novel approach.
The name comes from the two well-known words “green” and “pedia”, suggesting the idea of an encyclopedia of sustainability. The idea comes from a passion on everything concerning sustainability and ecology, after acquired related knowledge and trips around the world, where seen interesting, well done, built to last things in all aspects, that deserve to be known by the general public, too.
The target audience of the online platform is the large public, from persons interested in sustainability issues and concerns to the representatives of any kind of organization. Each person can find something interesting that can be applied to fulfill his/her own life or potential solutions to create a more sustainable society or organization.
